Pricing Questions

How does billing work?

We bill monthly based on your active employee count. Prices are shown in NZD and you can toggle between ex-GST and inc-GST pricing. For example, if you have 25 employees at ex-GST pricing: 25 × $8.00 = $200.00/month ex-GST, or $230.00/month inc-GST. As your team grows or shrinks, your billing automatically adjusts.

Are prices in NZD or USD?

All prices are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars). You can toggle between prices excluding GST and including GST using the toggle switch at the top of the page. GST is charged at 15% as per New Zealand tax regulations.

What counts as an "active employee"?

An active employee is anyone in your system who isn't archived. If you archive an employee (when they leave), they won't count toward your billing. You can unarchive them anytime if they return.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. After your trial, you can choose to continue with our simple monthly pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
